Fayetteville, Arkansas- Jacob and Rachel have the kind of story that movies are about… They grew up in neighboring towns just twenty minutes apart but never crossed paths. Jacob moved to Rachel’s hometown for college right about the time when she was leaving to go to school in Texas. Unbeknownst to the two of them, their friends would overlap and the stars would align for them to meet at mutual friends’ wedding. He was a groomsman, she was a bridesmaid. She caught his eye and he made her laugh (and she’s got a great laugh!). He spent the evening mustering up the courage to ask her to dance and she would tell you that she’s sure glad he did! They danced the night away and the rest is history.
I was so honored to photograph Jacob and Rachel during their spring engagement session in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The blooming trees provided a stunning backdrop for their joy and love for one another. We laughed our heads off as we drove around town to find spring flowers and avoid the spring showers. Couldn’t be more excited for these two and their July Arkansas wedding!
