JP & Felicia Wedding

Weddings

November 12, 2018

There’s never been a more perfect Fall day, a happier couple, or a sweeter first look than Jp and Felicia’s. They couldn’t have asked for a prettier day to get married– it was a crisp, sunny, and vibrant November day, absolutely perfect for their outdoor wedding. The two shared a first look before their ceremony at the base of the hillside and their reactions couldn’t have been any sweeter. Both JP and Felicia beamed at one another with these genuine smiles that only appear when you’re wholly and incandescently happy. Those smiles didn’t waver the entire day.

JP and Felicia are both incredibly creative and the little details of their wedding, like JP’s custom illustration on the drink koozies, the hand crafted altar and handwoven backdrop, down to the crushed velvet wine ribbons on each boutonnière and bouquet, were all carefully created. One of our favorite features from their wedding was the vintage couch they brought in for their reception. It was fun and quirky and matched the wedding theme perfectly. Each detail of their day blended jewel tones with the  autumnal palette of the hillside perfectly, giving a nod to the couple’s vintage taste.

JP and Felicia are two of the most genuine and loving individuals we know, so it’s no surprise that sincerity and love would mark their wedding ceremony. The ceremony took place on a deck overlooking the rolling hills of the valley. Felicia walked down the aisle to the iconic Pride and Prejudice score, which left all of us breath-taken. The couple exchanged vows as the sun set behind them, illuminating the gold and orange of the trees while their falling leaves swirled overhead. It was nothing short of idyllic!

The couple danced the night away with their family and friends and climbed into a vintage Rolls Royce at the end of their sparkler exit. We couldn’t be happier for these two to start their lives together and feel immeasurably blessed to have had the opportunity to capture their day.
